" Diagonals and obliques "

Two floors house, in the 16th district in Paris.

The volumes have been recomposed.
The walls arranged in diagonal way structure the space and the rooms' distribution.
The shape of the kitchen furniture and the bathroom fits the same oblique project.
The open-plan kitchen made out of steel and dark wood opens on a big living room, lit with bay- windows that open on a garden.

A large staircase which dark grey shade contrasts with fluorescent lamps that are sitting on the wall like a Jackstraws leads to the bedrooms and the bathrooms.

In the bedrooms, the red inside veneering of the built-in cupboards reminds of the numerous trips that the owner took to China.

Two zenithals openings in the bathroom, one above the washbasin, the other above the bath, get light from the roof terrace. The washbasin' plan trapezoidal shaped corresponds to the mirror's biased shape.
